The Cos Academy Student Policies


Refunds
All course ticket sales are non-refundable. However, store credit may be issued in certain cases at the discretion of The Cos Academy team.


Zoom Access & Tech Responsibility
All courses are conducted live via Zoom. Students are responsible for ensuring Zoom is installed, updated, and functioning properly before the class begins.
We strongly encourage you to join the Zoom meeting 10 minutes early to allow time for setup, testing, and any last-minute issues.

While we’re happy to assist where possible, The Cos Academy cannot delay or pause class sessions to troubleshoot individual Zoom problems. Being prepared ensures the best experience for everyone.


Supply Kits
Supply kits are optional but highly recommended to get the full benefit of your course. Kits and tools are available for purchase through our partner site, The Cos Shop.


Course Access & Punctuality
All courses are live sessions only and do not include a recording. To participate, you must attend at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be admitted and may forfeit your spot without a refund.


Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, you must email us at [[email protected]] at least 48 hours before the course begins. In these cases, you may receive store credit toward a future course.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time are not eligible for credit.


Credits & Transfers
Any store credit issued is non-transferable and must be used by the original student.
All credit decisions are final.
