The Cos Academy – Student FAQ

Do I need any special software?
Just Zoom! Our courses are taught live via Zoom, so make sure it's installed and updated before class time.

Will I get a recording if I miss class?
Nope — classes are live-only to protect instructor content and encourage active participation.

What happens if I’m late?
If you're more than 15 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join — it's respectful to the instructor and other students. (We recommend logging in 10 minutes early.)

Can I cancel or reschedule my class?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before class and receive store credit.

Do I need to buy a supply kit?
Not required — but highly recommended! Kits make it way easier to follow along and finish your project. You can grab one through The Cos Shop.

Can I ask follow-up questions after class?
Our instructors aren’t available for post-class Q&A at this time. But good news — we’ll soon be offering coaching options through the platform, where you can book 1-on-1 time with instructors for personalized guidance.
